Description
We are seeking a Part-time Administrator or Assistant to join our Tax team in Cork, and support our Lead Partner, the role will suit an administrator seeking to work a 4 days week who is keen to develop a career in a growing advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
All administration in relation to onboarding new clients for our central Tax team including issuing of letters of engagement.
Preparing and issuing fees and invoicing clients for the Tax team.
Co-ordinating team meetings and administration work for the Cork and Xeinadin Tax Ireland Teams.
Maintaining and updating information on systems and follow up for information where required.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and providing administrative support to the Tax Partner & Tax Director and wider Tax team.
Debtor follow up and all WIP related work, provisions, fee breakdown.
Keeping track of leads and updating leads on the new business register.
Key Requirements Strong administrative background ideally in an advisory firm or professional environment with experience in invoicing and WIP reports.
