We are currently seeking highly-motivated Adult Day Services Hub Leader (CNM1) to join our team in Enable Ireland Adult Services, Clare (Ennis/Shannon)

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent Contract

Contract Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

SalaryScale: €53,468 to €63,401Pro rata per annum, Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)

This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations

Annual Leave Entitlement: 34 Days pro rata per annum

Overview of the Post:

To assist the Day Services Manager with the co-ordination and delivery of the range of adult day support services within an identified Hub or Centre. The main responsibilities include working in partnership with the adults (service owners) using the service to develop and deliver on personalised goals and plans, allocating staff to deliver the service and monitoring service delivery.

The Adult Day Services Hub Leader with Nursing Duties will work with a dedicated group of adults in a person-centred approach to meet their identified need, provide administration support to the service, and provide support and supervision to the allocated staff team as directed by the Manager. The Adult Day Service Hub Leader with Nursing Duties will take on additional clinical responsibilities as outlined below.

The successful candidate will have:

Essential Criteria:

Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition:

  • Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) as a Registered Nurse

AND

  • Are registered in a division by the register of nurses in which the application is being made

OR

  • In exceptional circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis registered in another division of the register of Nurses

AND

  • Hold a recognised validated University Degree or an equivalent qualification in Nursing

AND

  • A minimum requirement of 2 years’ experience working with adults with disability in a community-based setting.
  • Have a full driver’s licence
  • Must have a right to work in the country

Annual Registration

On appointment, practitioners must maintain live registration on the appropriate/relevant division of the register of nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) for the role.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Qualification in Management
  • Previous supervisory experience
