Advisory Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and talented Advisory Project Manager to join our SME Team and work closely with our Head of SME, Partners and specialist teams.
The Role
This role is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in one of Ireland's fastest growing professional service Firms. Our Advisory Project Manager will work closely with our Partner’s and Head of SME at Ifac – to drive the next phase of growth and client impact across the region. The successful candidate will have the opportunity work closely with the Head of SME to deliver a wide range of client advisory projects and support the ongoing development of the advisory service offering.

Our Advisory Project Manager will be a trusted advisor and a key support to clients in achieving their ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project management and implementation of advisory engagements, ensuring objectives are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
- Coordinate and maintain alignment among all project stakeholders, including internal ifac teams, clients, and third-party advisors, to support successful project delivery.
- Prepare tax computations and supporting schedules for review by the tax team.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts, financial models, and business plans to support client advisory projects.
- Draft high-quality reports and advisory documentation for review and presentation to clients.
- Monitor and coordinate the timely filing of statutory returns, including tax and company secretarial compliance requirements.
- Develop and enhance advisory playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across advisory engagements.
You will be:
- An ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a minimum of five years’ experience working in a Public Practice environment.
- Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to successfully manage deadlines and teams.
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- A passion for helping businesses achieve their potential.
