• Ideally have 2 years’ experience in a franchised dealership at Service or Parts Management level or similar.
• Possess sound modern vehicle technical knowledge.
• Have the ability to work in a highly focused business measured environment.
• Work within strict manufacturer audit standards.
• Demonstrate sound leadership skills that can drive and motivate a team forward.
• Strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mind-set whilst ensuring excellent customer service.
