Afterschool Centre Manager

We are looking for kind, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about working with children to join our team. We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Manager, in Coralstown, Meath to join our busy Afterschool & Holiday service. Please note this role will start end of August and is a Monday-Friday 13:00-18:30.

The Role:

• Daily management of the centre, including administration and completion of reports
• Organise the upcoming week according to company guidelines
• Ensure that all team members are on board with the weekly plans and clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Support staff to ensure the holistic development of the children
• Maintain close, effective, working partnerships with staff and parents to ensure the wellbeing of their children and to achieve the centre's goals.

Your Profile:

• Fluent English Speaker
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience working with children
• Previous experience as a manager in a childcare or educational setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in training other team members
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• A relevant childcare or teaching qualification (desirable)
