Afterschool Collections Driver

Do you enjoy driving and working with children? We're looking for a reliable, calm and friendly driver to safely transport children from local schools to our Afterschool centres in Rathmines.

This is a Monday to Friday, term-time position, working approximately 12:00pm to 3:30pm, making it ideal for someone looking for part-time hours.

At Kids Inc., we've been providing high-quality Early Years and Afterschool Care services for over 25 years. We operate more than 70 Breakfast and Afterschool programmes nationwide, along with four Creches and Preschools in Dublin. We are passionate about creating a fun, engaging environment for children through sports, games and creative activities, all with our strict No Screen Time policy.

The Role

You'll be responsible for safely transporting children from their schools to our Afterschool centres in Rathmines, ensuring every journey is safe, punctual and enjoyable.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely transporting children between schools and our Afterschool centres
• Following all road safety, Health & Safety and company procedures
• Carrying out safe collection and handover procedures
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Ensuring children feel safe and supported during each journey

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• A safe, confident and responsible driver
• Calm, patient and friendly
• Punctual and dependable
• A strong communicator with fluent English
• Experienced in transporting groups of children (highly desirable)

You must have:

• A full, clean Category B driving licence
• The right to work in Ireland
