Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

Join PwC’s Data & AI Team as a Manager, where you’ll lead client engagements and help deliver AI solutions that create meaningful change and value-driven outcomes for our clients. 

You’ll work closely with our Sector, Competency, and Alliance teams to design, evolve and grow AI solutions – translating business challenges into data-driven strategies using technologies like machine learning (ML), automation, and generative AI (GenAI) 

In this role, you’ll nurture, guide and develop our AI engineering teams, ensure high-quality client deliverables, and contribute to the growth of our AI capability through hands-on project leadership and collaboration across the firm and PwC network.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to uncover strategic impact and opportunities for AI-driven transformation. 

• Build and deploy AI solutions including machine learning models using modern AI/ML frameworks. 

• Deliver solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, others) with scalability in mind. 

• Apply MLOps practices to ensure models perform in the real world. 

• Communicate insights clearly and help clients adopt AI successfully. 

• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and responsible deployment of AI and automation solutions

As a Manager in PwC, you will have the opportunity to leverage your technical background and also :

• Demonstrate thought leadership and contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing on the topics of Data & AI 

• Stay current with advancements in the AI ecosystem (tools, technologies, key players, latest R&D) 

• Contribute to building reusable AI assets and accelerators 

• Support AI proposal development with technical insights and solutioning 

Background and Experience;

Bring your expertise in AI and machine learning, with a passion for solving complex business challenges through data-driven innovation and a background of ​

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing a range of AI and automation solutions 

• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on at least one major cloud platform. 

• Advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML technologies 

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset. 

• Awareness of responsible AI and data ethics

• Experienced in designing AI Architectures or Agentic AI, a distinct advantage
