We are currently recruiting for a Airport Business Lounge Supervisor to join our team based at Causeway Lounge, Belfast International Airport. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern:
- 5 days out of 7
- Working hours between 4am and 10pm
- Shift based role including early mornings, nights, weekends, and hoildays

The Role
- Oversee day-to-day lounge operations and maintain presentation standards.
- Coordinate with catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor passenger flow and manage seating efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Supervise, support, and motivate lounge staff.
- Prepare rotas and manage staffing levels.
- Deliver coaching and support training needs.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Ensure brand and airline partner standards are met.
- Conduct quality checks across all service areas.
- Manage stock levels and complete ordering tasks.
- Prepare reports, logs, and daily operational updates.
The Person
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a calm, professional manner.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and administrative capability.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality, aviation, or retail.
- Experience in premium or VIP customer service environments.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
