The role will be fully remote and participants will be expected to base themselves in Northern Ireland for the duration.

Job Description:
Animatic Support (Training‑focused)
- Assist with ingesting and organising storyboard panels, audio files, and scratch dialogue.
- Help assemble and update animatics.
- Make timing adjustments and simple updates based on notes from the director or storyboard team.
- Prepare and export animatic versions for internal review.
- Follow established project structures and naming conventions to keep files organised.
Offline Edit Support
- Support the editorial team by preparing scenes and assets for offline edit (importing animation renders and audio).
- Sync dialogue, music, and sound effects under supervision.
- Help organise takes and versions for review.
- Assist with exports for internal creative reviews and online sharing.
- Help manage and archive project media in line with version control guidelines.
- Assist in selecting and logging material for additional digital or social content.
General Duties
- Support communication between departments such as editorial, production, story, and animation.
- Ensure media is backed up and documented accurately, following team processes.
- Provide general administrative support to editors.
- Be open to learning new tools, workflows, and production practices..
