JM Food Services, a food manufacturing and catering company, is looking for a reliable a General Office and Accounts Administrator to join our busy team.Due to the nature of our business, this is a varied role, which requires a strong ability to multi-task, be flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service. Key Duties:<ul><li>Answering calls, sales admin &amp; customer support</li><li>Daily office operations and duties, as required</li><li>General daily bookkeeping &amp; accounting tasks</li><li>Processing customer orders &amp; maintaining documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Sage 50 accounts &amp; bookkeeping experience (essential)</li><li>Strong organisational &amp; communication skills</li><li>Office admin &amp; sales experience</li><li>Knowledge / background in hospitality is an advantage</li><li>Professional, friendly, reliable</li><li>Excellent spoken &amp; written English</li><li>Minimum of 25 - 35 hours per week</li></ul>Applications in writing only please with cover letter to HR email address provided.
