We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail.The Role We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Workshop Operative/Production Assistant to support day-to-day operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, is eager to develop their skills, and takes pride in contributing to high-quality custom furniture projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide production support, including preparing materials, operating machinery, coating, and finishing components</li><li>Assist with quality control by identifying and reporting defects in materials or workmanship</li><li>Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment in line with all health and safety procedures</li><li>Load and unload materials and assist with preparing finished products for delivery</li><li>Support skilled team members across various stages of the manufacturing process as required</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in a similar workshop or manufacturing role is highly desirable</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoughtfully and accurately</li><li>Willingness to learn, develop skills, and take a hands-on approach to work</li><li>Ability to follow instructions while also showing initiative</li><li>Good awareness of health and safety practices within a workshop or construction environment</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and positive “can-do” attitude</li></ul>
