What You'll Learn
As an Apprentice Baker, you'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Mixing and preparing ingredients
• Dough making and proving
• Bread production
• Decorating and finishing products
• Food safety and hygiene standards
• Quality control procedures
• Operating bakery machinery
• Team working and problem-solving skills
• No two days are the same, and you'll see first-hand how quality bakery products are made from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who:
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Enjoy practical, hands-on work
• Can work well as part of a team
• Have good timekeeping and reliability
• Are passionate about food and baking
• Want to build a long-term career
• Hours of work Start time: 5.00am Monday to Friday

No previous bakery experience is required. We will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
