The Apprenticeship Development Officer (ADO) will support the delivery of strategic, demand-led growth priorities for the College’s apprenticeship provision, as defined by the Head of Apprenticeships, Curriculum Leaders and the College Apprenticeship Development Plan.
Working in a target-led environment, the postholder will engage with employers, internal stakeholders and awarding bodies, to lead the development, expansion and promotion of apprenticeship provision in line with agreed priorities.
As a key operational member of the Apprenticeship Support Hub, the ADO will lead the development of a coherent, high-quality and employer-focused apprenticeship offer, supporting the College’s existing portfolio and contributing to agreed recruitment and growth targets.
