Architectural Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to join our team

Would suit someone with experience in any of the following areas; CAD Technician / Construction Detailer / Light Gauge Steel Designer

Responsibilities:

• Work with the architectural and engineering team to design modular structures that meet our client's needs and specifications
• Create 3D models and drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all designs are functional, safe, and compliant with regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Architectural Technician
• Knowledge of Modular Construction an asset
• Experience in facades an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
