Area Manager

We currently have an opportunity for an Area Manager to join our Contract Catering & Cleaning Division.
Working hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 4pm
- Hybrid and Agile working pattern

Key responsibilities will include: (see attached job description)
- You'll maximise the performance of your team, leading by example and setting high standards at all times
- Helping site managers to Plan rota’s, planning holidays, managing payroll, training and developing staff, liaising with the client, auditing and improving standards, managing Health and Safety, recruitment, ordering consumables.
- Ensure high standards at all times
- Have a 'hands on' approach
- Building excellent stakeholder relationships
- Deliver company operations strategy
- Exceed KPI targets
The person:
- Must have proven at least 1 years multi-site management experience within a retail, cleaning or hospitality background.
- Full driving licence
- IT skills - Use of Online HR, Pay Roll and Audits
- Proven track record of having worked within the cleaning industry at supervisory level with experience of multi contract management ideally including office, industrial and education sector cleaning
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills
- Financial acumen and experience of budget management
- Health & Safety experience
