Asset Finance Administrator

Fexco Asset Finance Limited has two streams of business. It provides and arranges leasing and hire purchase facilities for capital goods to consumer and business customers in Ireland, thereby giving them access to the finance necessary to grow. It also provides loan administration services to external clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Data entry for both Asset Finance and Commercial Lending business streams onto FAF’s banking system KBS.
• Creation of customer file to ensure compliance with AML requirements.
• Central Credit Register (CCR) & HPI Enquiries for all New Business agreements.
• Registration of all assets with HPI.
• Perform Vision Net Company Searches.
• Maintain up to date billing system, processing collection files.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments / delayed payments.
• Follow up, collection and allocation of payments.
• Processing of receipts and preparation of bank deposits for both asset finance and commercial lending.
• Provide exemplary customer service to all Fexco Asset Finance Customers.
• Filing and retrieving information and documents.
• Reconciliation of New Business for month end reporting purposes.
• Support with internal and external audits.
• Other Ad hoc duties from time to time.

Qualifications/ Experience Required:

• Experience in a similar role desirable but not essential.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Third level qualification in Business or related field preferable.
