Manage and develop a defined portfolio of customers within Asset Finance, to achieve stretched targets, and support profitable business growth from a customer base, in line with our strategic goals. Maintain and develop working relationships with key business and functional partners, including key stakeholders to ensure a cooperative approach to relationship management and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and advise our customers throughout their product/ financial needs journey.
- Manage Dealers effectively in accordance with all policy requirements and best practice to ensure sustainable income and early identification of credit issues through intimate client knowledge.
- Drive sales activity to maximise new business via the development of both new and existing Dealers.
- Design and implement a business strategy or plan, to maximise opportunities within an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of new and existing Dealers.
- Serve customers well and provide them with products and services that are appropriate for their needs.
- Assess lending propositions, using credit skills and experience to make the right decision for our business and our customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum APA in Consumer Credit.
- Passion for working with customers and stakeholders to create win-win solutions.
- Proven success in consistently achieving targets or working to tight deadlines.
- Full clean driving license.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract position in Dublin (Hybrid)
