The Role
The Assets Advisor will act as the main point of contact with tenants, staff, stakeholders, and other customers who contact the Assets Team, providing support, advice on repair responsibilities, and ordering of works to contractors for the repair requests.

The Package
- We have 1 permanent full-time post based in our Central Office in Ballymoney.
- Salary scale is Band 3 Level 1 - 4 (£26,736 - £27,989 per annum)
- 33 days annual leave, increasing with length of service to a maximum of 40 days (Includes public holidays)
