Support the Head of Parks & Cemeteries and the Parks & Cemeteries Development Manager in the management and delivery of small and medium capital and revenue projects and client-side responsibilities for large strategic capital schemes. Ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, compliance with governance standards, and effective stakeholder engagement
Responsibility for developing, reviewing and promoting the service and support the Manager in development and implementation of Service Business Plans. Will contribute to the development of infrastructure, community assets, and service improvements that enhance the quality of life for all.

Please note
- This is a permanent, full time post, working 36 hours per week.
- The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm; however, Flexi time between 8.00am and 6.00pm is in operation for this post.
- The salary is Scale PO3, SCP 33-36 (£44,075 - £47,181 per annum).
- Base location will initially be City Hall, The Castle, Bangor; however, the post holder will be required to travel throughout the Borough.
- Hybrid working is available in this role after a period of training and subject to line manager approval.
- A reserve list may be kept from this recruitment exercise.
