The Assistant Director of Nursing - Operational is part of the Senior Nursing Management Team.

The post holder will be experienced and committed nurse with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You will need knowledge and experience in the acute hospital setting with a key focus on ensuring a safe patient environment and providing guidance to staff on operational matters, as required.
