Assistant Director Of Nursing, Our Lady's Hospital

· To lead co-ordinate and manage the safe delivery of the nursing service in the hospital at all times.

· To participate in the out-of-hours senior nurse management rota for the hospital to incorporate weekends.

· To cover directorates in the absence of the directorate specific A/DoN as required.

To liaise closely with Infection prevention and Control A/DoN and Microbiologists to ensure safe hygiene practices are maintained by staff, that staff are adhering to social distancing, and to act as a conduit between IP&C staff and staff on the ground
