About The Role:Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure the smooth operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and facilities.
- Ensure cleaning standards are met in all areas of the facility.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that facilities comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits ensuring a safe working environment.
Project Management:
- Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
- Coordinate internal office moves and logistical support.
Energy/Sustainability Initiatives:
- Implement and manage sustainability programs to reduce the environmental impact of the facility.
- Promote energy-saving measures and waste reduction throughout the site.
- Assist our client in achieving Energy and carbon reduction targets.
- Record and analyse utility usage onsite to identify trends to generate improvements.
Technology Integration:
- Utilize all OCS system, ECAT, CAFM and to evidence compliance and high performance.
- Integrate latest technology trends identified by OCS to improve facility operations.
Essential Hiring Criteria:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Inspiring teams, resolving conflicts, and setting a clear vision are essential for managing staff and contractors.
- Clear communication—both written and verbal.
- Juggling multiple projects, schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
Technology & Data Analysis:
- Familiarity with smart building systems, IoT and data-driven decision making tools
Health, Safety & Risk Management:
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety.
ESG Knowledge:
- Capable of driving ESG requirements and targets that align with our client.
