We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Front Office Manager, a key leadership role dedicated to enhancing our guests' experience from the post-reservation stage to post-stay follow-up.

About the Position:

As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Front Office Manager, leading and overseeing our dedicated front office team. From post-reservation interactions to post-stay follow-up, you will contribute to the delivery of 5-star customer service, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

  • Leading and overseeing the front office team, guest services staff, and porters/concierge teams.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of flawless, upscale, and professional guest service experiences.
  • Analyzing customer feedback to provide strategic direction for continuous improvement.
  • Anticipating and responding to all guest needs, both stated and unstated. ?? Actively listening and promptly resolving guest complaints.
  • Promoting all hotel outlets, activities, amenities, and food & beverage options.

This role reports to the Front Office Manager. This role includes daily shifts within the Front Office.

  • Relevant experience in front office and customer service management.
  • Exceptional communication and issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement in front office operations and standard development.
  • Capability to represent the department at meetings.
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
