Assistant Manager/Administrator
General Receptionist & Office Duties
Administration of the online booking system, creating bookings, checking and accepting bookings, checking and processing system invoices
Answer phone calls and texts and check and reply to emails or pass on to the relevant person
Organise weekend rotation of cover
Liaising with caretakers and organising their daily duties. Alerting them to any maintenance issues
Opening hall for classes and activities and general tidying
Help with advertising, social media and posters
Production of monthly accounts
Reporting to Administrator/Manager
Education requirements:
Good Computer Skills
Willingness and ability to learn
Flexibility (in working hours and duties)
Excellent Communication Skills
