KNOW THE ROLE

• Lead from the front, delivering an incredible Sunglass Hut experience

• Create a high energy, feel good culture where teams thrive

• Coach, motivate and develop the team to smash sales and celebrate wins

• Support daily store operations and step up in the Store Manager’s absence

• Help attract great talent with personality, confidence and style

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Retail experience with leadership or supervisory exposure

• A proven track record of driving sales and team performance

• Confidence, strong people skills and positive energy

• Flexibility, adaptability and comfort with fast moving retail

• A belief that great leadership starts with great people
