What you'll be doing

• Support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, providing trusted health and wellness guidance after completing our Qualified to Advise training.
• Drive commercial performance by supporting sales, profitability and operational excellence across the store.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising and promotional activity are delivered to a consistently high standard.
• Create a safe, compliant and inclusive environment where colleagues can thrive and customers enjoy every visit.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and colleague development, helping your team build confidence, capability and product knowledge.

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead, coach and inspire others.
• Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across your team.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to improving store performance.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
