About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will:

• Assist with and oversee all aspects of the day to day store operations

• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit performance targets

• Manage stock levels, merchandising and visual standards to keep the store looking sharp

• Lead, inspire, and empower a passionate team to deliver standout service and drive store success every single day
