We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team based in Northern Ireland. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

The Role
  • Oversee the management of day-to-day functions of each unit within a designated area
  • To ensure all staff are allocated their duties
  • To ensure all staff wear the correct uniform including name badge and maintain a high standard of presentation
  • Client relations
  • Delivery of quality and service standards
  • Participation of strategic development of the group and overall promotion of the company’s key goals and objectives
  • Supporting management team across other venues
  • Weekly Operations meetings

  • Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

  • Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
