The intensity of supervision will gradually decrease as the assistant psychologist gains confidence and skills.
The assistant psychologist will receive formal supervision in a confidential setting. Overall, the length and amount of supervision will reflect the experience of the assistant psychologist and the balance and amount of work to be done. The supervisor will be responsible for informing and liaising with staff with whom the assistant psychologist is to work.
