Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the Role

Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a luxury hotel in Cavan. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and standards-driven hospitality professional to support the smooth running of a high-quality restaurant operation within a luxury hotel environment.

The successful candidate will support daily restaurant service across a 5 over 7 day roster, helping to lead the team, maintain excellent service standards and deliver a consistently strong guest experience.

Your Responsibilities

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations

• Leading, training and motivating the restaurant team during service

• Ensuring excellent guest service, presentation and service flow

• Managing table plans, guest queries and service recovery professionally

• Working closely with kitchen, bar, front office and senior hotel management

• Supporting rosters, stock control, ordering and daily preparation

• Maintaining luxury hotel standards across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events

• Ensuring health, safety, HACCP and hotel procedures are followed

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or F&B Supervisor

• Experience within a luxury hotel, 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is desirable

• Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills

• Excellent food and beverage service knowledge

• Professional, hands-on and guest-focused approach

• Ability to support a busy restaurant team calmly and efficiently

• Flexibility to work 5 over 7 days, including weekends as required

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of €35,000
