Who We Are Looking For

For our K-Way store in Kildare Village, we are looking for experienced Assistant Store Manager.

As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Responsibilities

Key Responsabilities

The new resource will support the Store Manager in the following activities:

• Product management according to sales objectives: managing merchandise replenishment, optimizing stock, organizing product in the store following sales rankings, organizing sales, special sales and inventories;
• Care for customer relations;
• Guarantee compliance and enforcement of company standards and image;
• Staff management: selecting, attracting and fostering talent, training and motivating staff, organizing and planning schedules, managing vacations and days off, conflict resolution and creating a good work climate;
• Merchandise receiving and setting up, sales assistance, and cashiering

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• Previous experience as a senior Sales Assistant or Assistant Store Manager in fashion field
• Knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus, especially Italian);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules;
• Immediatly avalaible;
