What you will do
In this role you will be a co pilot to the managers in the functions you support.
You will be responsible for supporting and executing the talent and engagement strategies , while providing a consistent experience to managers and employees. This role provides strong HR partnership to managers focusing on the work environment, employee relations, retention and business processes. You will have a solid understanding of all HR functions and work with managers and HR partners in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management .Work From Home: Not available Travel Percentage: 10%
