Salary: Real Living Wage (currently £13.45 per hour)

​​​​​​​​​​​​Job Description:
This role offers hands-on experience working alongside professionals within the Film and TV industry. It is an excellent opportunity to learn, develop practical skills, and gain insight into film production and post-production workflows. You will support the production team with day-to-day tasks and assist in the smooth running of schedules, communication, and administrative processes.

Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple tasks and priorities, showing strong organisational skills
  • Strong written communication skills, including producing clear, structured notes or reports
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions accurately and produce well-structured written outputs (e.g., meeting notes, project documentation)
  • Proven interest in production and post-production, evidenced through projects, coursework, placements, personal initiatives, or training
  • Basic working knowledge of post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve) or clear understanding of post-production tools
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working in an office or production environment
  • Experience supporting diary management, scheduling, or coordinating meetings and requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience assisting with scheduling post-production, live-action shoots, or technical shoots
