This Junior Level role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Training will be provided.

About the Role:

The ATM Settlement and Reconciliation Teams are responsible for the reconciliation of 158 Accounts, across ROI, AIB (NI) and Great Britain, and provide ATM Balancing support for (both Branch and CIT serviced ATMs). This team are also responsible for resolving Cash & Cheque Lodgement device queries, An Post settlement queries and Post Office UK settlement queries. The team is also responsible for ATM disputed transaction claims on the AIB and AIB (NI) network.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Join our ATM Settlement & Reconciliations Team where you will receive full training.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Take responsibility for their own work and follow through on commitments.

You will need to show us that you can meet the below minimum criteria:

• Preference for candidate to have practical account reconciliation experience.
• Team Player who is engaged and enthusiastic, also capable of working under own initiative.
• Customer Focused individual, with proven experience in dealing with both internal and external customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
