Audience Development & Digital Marketing Officer

To implement the Market Place Theatre and Arts Centre’s Marketing and Audience Development Strategy contributing to increased attendance, participation and income for the venue. The postholder will also be responsible for the digital marketing and social media profile of The Market Place and the ancillary community arts service and cultural engagement activities.

The postholder will assist the Marketing Manager in delivery of their duties and will also assist in implementing the venue’s customer care strategy ensuring excellent customer care across all its services and programmes.
