Aviation Accounts Assistant

Job Purpose

Excellent opportunity to join a growing team in the provision of high-quality cash management, accounting, and administration services to clients in the Aviation Leasing Industry. Ample opportunity for progression within a dynamic and exciting industry where you will gain invaluable experience at the front line of client service. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Monitoring and reporting on cash movements
  • Preparation and filing of VAT returns
  • Preparation of online bank payments
  • Posting cash receipts and invoices onto accounting systems
  • Assist in preparation of detailed daily cash analysis
  • Assist in preparation of client Monthly Cash Reporting
  • Provide other administrative assistance to the business as required

Qualifications/ Experience Required:

  • Relevant accounts experience an advantage
  • Training provided in all aspects of the role
  • PC literate with excellent Excel / MS Word skills
  • Experience with accounting software is helpful

  • Ability to work as part of a team within tight operating deadlines
  • Highly motivated and able to work under own initiative
