A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Baker to join the team at Mulroy’s Londis, Castlebar.
This role will suit someone who is a team player and who is creative and passionate about food and their career choice.
Responsibilities:
- Baking and finishing high quality pastries, desserts and cakes for the Deli / Store.
- Maintain inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure freshness and availability.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of ingredients, equipment cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate pastry production with daily bakery operations.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior pastry staff members, sharing knowledge and skills to help them grow in their roles.
