Bale Operator

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for Bale Operator role on a six-month Fixed Term basis with immediate start. The successful candidate will be based within our Waste facilities based in Newry and will be required to operate Digger, follow H&S policies, work as part of a team, move materials on the plant floor, this will include feeding sorting plant conveyor with mixed dry recyclables at all times

Essential Criteria:

· Flexibility to work shift patterns and over time when required.

· Ability to develop new skills.

· Ability to deliver high quality work with getting it right first time.

· Eligibility to work in UK

Desirable Criteria:

· 2 years’ experience of operating digger

· Good Communication skills.

· CSR card and digger ticket

Duration: Fixed Term with possibility of permanent pending on satisfactory work performance and Operation demands

Location: Newry
