Receptionist (Legal Firm)

Full-time Receptionist role within a busy legal general practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reception duties, answering and managing calls from clients; managing diary and appointments,
  • Responsibility for all post including scanning and distribution of same.
  • Maintaining client files through photocopying, scanning, filing, opening and archiving, etc
  • Some Dictaphone typing
  • Some accounts maintenance
  • Supporting solicitor and legal execs on administrative tasks

The successful applicant should have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office, Outlook and Word and case management systems’
