Receptionist (Legal Firm)

Full-time Receptionist role within a busy legal general practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Reception duties, answering and managing calls from clients; managing diary and appointments,
- Responsibility for all post including scanning and distribution of same.
- Maintaining client files through photocopying, scanning, filing, opening and archiving, etc
- Some Dictaphone typing
- Some accounts maintenance
- Supporting solicitor and legal execs on administrative tasks
The successful applicant should have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office, Outlook and Word and case management systems’
