Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead the team, perform additional tasks and make memorable moments for our guests.
• Monitors Food & Drink service, teamwork, and customer satisfaction reporting back to your Head of Department & implementing plans for improvement alongside management.
• Utilises leadership and motivation skills to maximise team member productivity and satisfaction
• Monitors present and future trends, practices and systems in the hotel industry to determine and ensure that the Food & Drink department is competitive in the market place
• You must provide strong skills during service, whilst ensuring back of house is in order
• Knowledge of stock control & beverage service.

Requirements:

• Proficient in all Food & Drink procedures
• A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member management
• Commercially aware
• Knowlege of inventory/stock control
• strong Guest experience skills with the ability to build & develope these skills in a Team.
• Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
• Clear thinker with excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform Duty Manager role.
• Experience building, developing & managing a large Bar Team.
