We are looking for an assistant Bar Manager / Supervisor.     

Are you working in the hospitality industry in Dublin, living in Kildare, Carlow, West Wicklow or South Dublin, Sick of the N7 and M50? We are located just outside the village of Dunlavin about 10km from Jct 3 on the M9. So if you are tired of the long commute Rathsallagh is an ideal choice.

The business here is 90% event-driven, it’s a 5 day week high season March to September then 3 to 4 days after that, but you can more than make up hours even in low season. We close for Christmas 23rd to 27th inclusive in 2024.

This position would suit a candidate who wants to work in a stress-free environment, with regular hours and foreknowledge of catering requirements such that rosters can be planned months in advance.
