Baristas & Café Manager

Butlers Chocolate Cafés require a Retail Café Manager and Baristas for our café in Dublin Airport.

We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Retail Café Manager the ideal individual will have a passion for coffee, driving standards and thrives on a challenge.

Café Manager: €35,000 per annum Benefits:

The successful candidate will also have:

• Ambition, confidence, enthusiasm with proactive attitude
• An interest in or passion for coffee and chocolate
• At least 1 year retail / catering management experience
• Analytically thinking ability / Decisiveness / Forward Planning
• Strong customer service ethic
• Experience in staff training
• Roster & Stock Control skills
• Retail experience
• Initiative, enthusiasm and drive
• Excellent communication and motivation skills
• Good coffee knowledge & barista skills (and advantage however not essential)
• A positive, energetic & professional outlook
• An ability to thrive under pressure and manage challenging environments.

*Garda Vetting/Police Clearance will be required as part of this process

Butlers Chocolate Café are currently seeking full-time flexible barista/sales assistants, who are passionate about coffee and who thrive on a challenge.

Our Barista and Sales Assistants are the face of Butlers Chocolate Cafés. They create a unique experience for our customers and make perfect drinks with the perfect service.

Skills/Experience

• Retail / Catering / Barista experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
• Initiative, enthusiasm and drive
• Excellent communication and motivation skills
• A flexible approach to working hours
• Ambition, commitment to the role and a love of the service industry
• An interest in or passion for coffee and chocolate
• A legal entitlement to work in Ireland
• Fluent English

*Garda Vetting/Police Clearance will be required as part of this process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €12.70 per hour
