DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services including assessment and intervention as required, to children between the ages of 2 and 18 Years with communication and swallowing difficulties.

The following vacancy has arisen:

Job Title: Basic Grade Speech & Language Therapist /Flexible Hours

Permanent / Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

Location: The Clare Crusaders’ Children’s Clinic, Barefield, Ennis, Co. Clare

Essential Criteria

• A recognised validated University Degree or Master's or equivalent qualification in Speech & Language Therapy.
• 2024 Graduates may apply.
• CORU Registration complete or pending.
• Be eligible to work in the state.
• Post graduate work experience an advantage.
• Experience working with children an advantage.
• Experience of working in the disability sector an advantage.
• Full clean driving licence.

Overall Purpose of the Post: Supervision Provided.

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of Speech & Language Therapy service including assessment and intervention, as required, to all children accessing the 1 – 18 year service and will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing services to children and families, in a clinical and school settings.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Responsible to: Clinic Manager

Probation: There is a probationary period of six months

Garda Clearance/Police Clearance
