As a Beauty Coach, you are more than just a representative of the Clarins brand; you are an Ambassador of our unique ethos. Your role is to provide our customers with unparalleled attention, listen to their concerns, offer personalized beauty advice, and cultivate trusting relationships that make every experience feel special.
As part of a dynamic team, you will have individual objectives while actively contributing to team targets. Your responsibilities include planning and executing counter actions, maximizing new product launches, and building and maintaining a loyal client base.
Main Duties:
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide the best Clarins Selling Ceremony to every customer
Customer Relationship: Understand and manage your customers' needs, ensuring personalized service
Product Expertise: Stay well-informed about our products and offer tailored combinations and alternatives
Brand Ambassador: Actively promote the Clarins brand through your network and beyond
Business Performance: Drive sales and contribute to overall business performance
Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency
Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and inviting Point of Sale environment
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We seek a confident, empathetic individual who is comfortable with skincare application and passionate about beauty. You should be an excellent communicator, a strong team player, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
You are:
Enthusiastic and energetic, with a genuine passion for beauty
Proactive, curious, and eager to stay ahead of trends
Client-focused, always striving to meet and exceed customer expectations
You have:
Background in Sales
Beauty-related experience and/or Retail experience, (knowledge of Clarins products advantageous)
English Knowledge
Excellent selling skills
