Model management- setting up Navisworks federated models, company appearance profiler in Navisworks, creating shared NWD files from NWF master files.
Creating Construction simulations for Means and methods of construction programme sequence.
Creating walkthroughs and simulations as part of company tender submissions.
Validating Models and verifying data is in line with the MPDT
Ensuring required documentation is issued in a timely fashion.
Issuing RFIs and Tech submittals in accordance with company procedures.
Producing Bi Weekly Progress reports.
Clash detection and coordination of models for constructability issues
BIM project experience
Degree in Engineering or sufficient relevant BIM experience
Revit experience strongly desirable
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Knowledge of 3D, 4D, 5D and 6D BIM
Excellent information technology skills
A full clean European driver’s license and a form of transport which will enable you to fulfil your responsibilities
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project
The ability to work as part of a team

The ability to meet deadlines
Excellent numeracy and computer skills
Excellent communication skills

€35k - 45K per annum, depending on level of experience
