(One Year Fixed Term Contract)
21 hours per week (work pattern to be agreed)
Location: A presence at Head Office, Newforge Lane, Belfast with Flexible and Hybrid Working

The Board Secretary will work closely with the Chief Executive, Director of Governance, People and Culture, the Corporate Leadership Team and Board to design, produce and implement best practice governance processes and documents. The role will support the development of governance, policy, procedural and assurance in Woven’s Subsidiary business.
