Bookeeper / Office Administrator

Our busy construction company is seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Bookeeper to work from our office in Delvin, Co. Westmeath.

Favourable part time hours from 9.30-2.30 Monday to Friday.

Duties will include:

  • Basic Bookeeping and management of accounts
  • Submit Payroll weekly
  • Using ROS to register contractors
  • Using Internet banking to pay Wages and Suppliers
  • Answering emails
  • Creating quotes and contracts for new business customers

Requirements:

  • Prevoius experience in a simular role essential
  • Must be familiar with Sage Accounting and Payroll and ROS
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
