Bookkeeper & Administrator (Part-Time – Rathdrum)
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 8 per week (split on Tuesday & Thursday)
We are recruiting for a well-established business specialising in property management. They are committed to delivering a high-quality service to property owners and tenants alike. Based in Rathdrum, they manage a diverse portfolio and pride themselves on professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
They are currently seeking a part-time Bookkeeper & Administrator to support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of accurate accounting records
• Processing purchase invoices and payments
• Issuing sales invoices in a timely manner
• Managing credit control and following up on outstanding accounts
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Liaising with tenants on payment queries, ensuring rent is paid on time and handling general correspondence
• General ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
