Bookkeeper & Office Administrator

About Us:

We are a growing and dynamic company developing and selling whitening oral care products since 1992 based in Dublin 9. We are looking for a Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join our team. An ideal candidate must have a passion for the beauty sector and a positive "can-do" attitude.

Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • 2- 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Essential)
  • Sage experience an advantage
  • Fluent in English.
  • An ability to prioritise tasks on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through to conclusion.
  • Comfortable working to tight timelines without compromising the quality of work.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Data Processing on Sage 50 of sales and purchases invoices
  • Credit card & petty cash reconciliations
  • Other ad-hoc accounts duties as assigned
  • Handling phone calls and general e-mail queries
  • Booking couriers and packing samples
  • Online Sales platform management
  • Management and preparation of documentation & filing to a high professional standard.
  • Support the sales team in the implementation of new customer accounts and improvements to existing customers.
  • General Admin Duties
