Branch Admin
TJ O’ Mahony, Axis Business Park, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, R35 YP86, part of HPC Sales Ltd., Irelands’ leading Building Materials Providers and Home Improvement/DIY Store, is looking for a full-time, Permanent Branch Admin to join our Team.
Job Purpose: Ensure smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks and supporting staff, handling communications effectively and maintaining Branch records to assist the Branch function efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing cash floats for the sale counter and handling all cash/credit administration in the branch, including the preparation of bank lodgements for collection.
- Answering phones.
- Maintaining filing systems.
- Upkeep of office supplies/equipment.
- Assisting management with daily tasks.
- Supporting the Branch Manager in Health & Safety Administration.
- Rostering staff, sickness and holiday recording in support of Branch Manager.
- Other general duties that may arise.
Skills and Requirements:
- Sales Admin experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a busy target driven sales environment.
- MS Office Suite; Excel, Word.
